SOUTH AFRICAN VISA FOR PHIL PASSPORT HOLDER

Hi guys!!! ...still in awe from my previous trip in Cape Town South Africa  where I insanely fell in love with the place ...Cape Town is a must visit tourist destination with plentiful of activities to do. Apparently for Filipinos planning to experience the most developed country in Africa ; obtaining a valid visit visa is a must. However ,being a lucky girl that I am...ehem.. My generous company sponsored all expenses including my visa , round trip airfare and accommodation. 

Note : The requirements stated below are for applicants applying for a visit visa from the Philippines only.

For the complete set of   requirements. The applicant must gather the following:

1. A fully accomplished and duly signed Application Form South African Visa
2. A valid passport of atleast 6 months prior to the intended trip to SA.
3. 2 pcs recents passport size photos with white background
4. Proof of financial capability . eg. 3 months bank statement 
5. Source of Income such as Employment Certificate or Business Permit if self employed
6. Airline booking reservation
7. Travel itinerary with hotel booking or copy of  invitation from host and host legal status in South Africa
8. If traveling from countries where yellow fever is prevalent . International certificate of yellow fever vaccination is included. ( Philippines is not included in the list of yellow fever risk countries). 
9. Photocopy of passport 2nd page ( passport bio information page )
10. non-refundable visa fee.

Visa Fee? 

Visa is free for a 30 days stay. A fee of 2,525 PHP for a visit exceeding 30 days

Visa Processing Days?

Usually take 5 days or more depending on the Consul Officer and may ask for additional requirements as deemed necessary.
